Delivered ETS / TOEFL India work in Karnal and Jalandhar: AI portrait activation, branded environments, registration, audiovisual coordination and onsite delivery.

The Fifth Jack Experiences delivered work for ETS / TOEFL India in Karnal and Jalandhar, combining branded environments, onsite coordination and a live AI portrait experience.
The work connected several disciplines: registration, stage branding, audiovisual coordination, installation and onsite teams. The AI booth added a guest-facing digital workflow with a physical output.
Experience delivery and operational coordination through The Fifth Jack Experiences, including operating the AI portrait booth with a colleague.
I operated the AI portrait booth with a colleague, bringing the capture and lighting setup, laptop processing, printing and handover together onsite.

Input: a photographAI image workflow with an operator
Output: a personalised portraitPhysical output and guest handover
Outcome: a framed takeawayThe delivered work was a live activation. Its product relevance comes from making a technical process usable in a real setting: a person participates, an operator handles the workflow and the output becomes a physical keepsake.
The event environment and AI experience depended on physical production and onsite coordination. The scope below shows the areas brought together across the two city contexts.
| WORKSTREAM | DELIVERY SCOPE |
|---|---|
| Branded environment | Branded areas, registration and stage branding. |
| Audiovisual coordination | Stage and audiovisual requirements within the event scope. |
| Physical production | Installation, materials and vendor coordination. |
| Onsite team | People delivering the guest-facing and operational work. |
| AI experience | Portrait capture, processing, printing and framed output. |
Physical layout shapes the way people experience an event and the way teams deliver it. The venue photograph provides context for the registration, stage, branding and activation work described in this case study.
This work connects to product questions about the handoff between people, software and physical delivery. A useful workflow has to account for the operator as well as the guest and the final output.
The live AI activation offers a practical starting point for a more visible operator workflow. The ideas below are proposed improvements.
A queue showing where each portrait is in capture, processing and output, so the operator can locate work quickly.
A clear human review step before committing an image to physical output.
A visible way to retry failed processing and keep the guest’s output connected to the correct job.
These are next-iteration product ideas, separate from the delivered activation.
The photographs show the onsite context, operation and physical work. Project scope and supporting delivery records are available for discussion alongside my contribution.
